Prime Futures

Legal notice & refund policy

All Prime Futures accounts are demo accounts. Trading takes place in a simulated environment, not with a live brokerage account.

1. Simulated accounts and services

Evaluation accounts and accounts described as “funded” are simulated accounts. Account sizes represent virtual buying power, not money deposited for you, owned by you, or available to withdraw. An evaluation fee pays for access to the challenge; it is not an investment or a brokerage deposit.

Simulated profits are not live-market profits. Any eligible payout is a reward under the program’s payout rules, not a withdrawal of the virtual account balance. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee a payout.

2. Risk disclosure and no investment advice

Futures trading involves substantial risk. Simulated results may differ from live trading because of factors such as liquidity, execution, slippage and market conditions. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

Prime Futures does not provide investment advice, personalized trading recommendations or a guarantee of earnings. You may fail the evaluation and may not receive a payout or qualify for the challenge-fee refund.

3. Challenge-fee refund policy

Challenge fee refunded on your first payout.

When you receive your first eligible payout for an account, the challenge fee actually paid for that account is refunded. If a promotional discount was applied, the refund corresponds to the discounted amount paid, not the undiscounted list price. The virtual account size is not refundable money.

Passing the evaluation alone does not trigger this refund. There is no activation fee after passing the evaluation. This first-payout refund benefit is separate from any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

4. Payout eligibility

A payout requires 5 qualifying trading days with at least $150 in simulated profit per day. The minimum payout is $500, and each payout is limited to 50% of profits. News trading is not allowed.

Evaluation accounts have no minimum trading days and no consistency rule. There is no consistency rule on funded demo accounts and no daily loss limit. The account’s maximum loss limit is measured on an end-of-day (EOD) trailing basis; the absence of a daily loss limit does not remove that account limit.

5. Cancellation and statutory rights

Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights. The first-payout refund policy does not replace those rights.

Any additional purchase-cancellation terms, refund request procedure and legally required consent for immediate access must be provided before a real purchase. This notice does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

6. Website operator and contact

Prime Futures is the brand displayed on this website. The operator’s legal entity name, registered address, registration details, applicable jurisdiction and contact for legal or refund requests have not yet been supplied. These details must be completed before real purchases are offered.

The current checkout is a demonstration and does not collect a real payment.
