Prime Futures

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Prime Futures collects, why, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

Prime Futures is the controller of the personal data described here. Operator name, registered address and contact email will be listed on the Legal notice page.

2. Data we collect

  • Account and order data: your email address, the account size you choose, any promo code, and order history.
  • Payment data: crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. We store the order reference, USD amount, invoice reference and payment status; NOWPayments processes the crypto transaction details. We never request wallet private keys or seed phrases.
  • Trading data: activity on your simulated accounts, used to check the evaluation and payout rules.
  • Payout and identity data: name, identity documents and payout details, requested only when you ask for a payout.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and access logs kept by our hosting provider for security.

3. Why we use it

To provide and manage your evaluation and funded accounts, process payments, refunds and payouts, verify identity and prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations. We rely on performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in securing the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site stores your light/dark theme choice and the session needed to sign in and retrieve your orders in your browser's local storage. It does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first where required.

5. Who we share data with

Only with service providers that help us run Prime Futures — hosting, payment processing, trading platform and data providers, identity verification and email — and with authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Account and trading data are kept while your account is active and then for as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute purposes (typically up to 5 years). Technical logs are kept for a short period.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on the Legal notice page.

8. Security and minors

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. Prime Futures is intended for people aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: November 7, 2026.
