Prime Futures
Terms of service
By buying an evaluation or using Prime Futures, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Legal notice and Privacy policy.
1. The service
Prime Futures offers trading evaluations on simulated futures accounts. All accounts, including funded accounts, are demo accounts. No real money is traded, and account balances can never be withdrawn. Prime Futures is not a broker, does not give investment advice and does not manage client funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep one account per person. You must not live in a country where our service is prohibited or under sanctions. We may ask you to verify your identity before a payout.
3. Fees and promotions
Each evaluation is a one-time payment. The price depends on account size and is shown before checkout. There is no monthly fee and no activation fee after you pass. Promo codes such as PRIME give a discount at checkout and cannot be combined unless we say so.
4. Refunds
Challenge fee refunded on your first payout. The amount refunded is what you actually paid, after any discount. Evaluation fees are otherwise non-refundable once trading has started, except where the law requires a refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Trading rules
- Drawdown: Max loss limit EOD. If you hit the max loss limit, the account is failed.
- No daily loss limit, no consistency rule and no minimum number of trading days.
- News trading: not allowed.
- You must trade within the maximum contract size of your account.
6. Payouts
To ask for a payout you need 5 trading days with at least $150 in profit each. The minimum payout is $500. Each payout is limited to 50% of profits and to 4% of the account size. Profit split: 90 / 10. Payouts are rewards paid by Prime Futures, not withdrawals of trading gains.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use copy trading between accounts you don't own, account sharing, third-party passing services, hedging across accounts, exploiting price-feed errors or latency, or any other practice that does not reflect real-market trading. If we find a violation, we may close accounts, cancel payouts and keep fees.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for platform or data-feed outages, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months, unless the law says otherwise.
9. Termination and changes
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page when you buy your evaluation. Last updated: November 7, 2026.
10. Contact and governing law
